Section 37
Matters To Be Specified In Bidding Documents
The public entity may, in addition to the matters referred to in Section 13 of the Act, specify the following matters, as required, in the bidding documents:
(a) Plan, drawing of the proposed work,
(b) Bill of quantities,
(c) Quantity of goods,
(d) Incidental works to be done by the bidder,
(e) Time for supplying the goods, completing the construction work,
(f) Provision concerning warranty and maintenance,
(g) Type and quantity of necessary training and supervision to be provided by the bidder,
(h) Requirement that the goods or spare-parts to be supplied must be new and original,
(i) Source of funds required for the proposed procurement,
(j) Such other matters as specified by the Public Procurement Monitoring Office.
